Laying of the foundation stone Duisburger Freiheit

In Duisburg's Quartier 1, Aurelis Real Estate GmbH is constructing an eight-story office building in which the company health insurance fund Novitas will move in as an anchor tenant on 5 floors.
On August 25, the foundation stone was laid for the property on the last undeveloped plot of land in the Quartier in the immediate vicinity of Duisburg's main train station.

With the new Aurelis building and the new track hall, we are planning 2 important landmarks in Duisburg at the same time.
